- Preparation of construction documentation – from 50 to 100 €
- Bathroom cabin demolition – from 650 to 750 €
The price depends on the complexity of the work:
- Relocation of the kitchen.
- Cutting door openings in load-bearing walls and, where necessary, reinforcing the openings with steel structures. The price depends on factors such as the floor level, the width of the opening, the number of openings required, whether the apartment is occupied during the work, whether the flooring requires additional protection and whether the building has a lift.
- Demolition of load-bearing walls and partitions.
- Cutting openings between floors.
- Finishing work after demolition, if required by the client.
